You’ll leave with the confidence to nourish your body intentionally, while letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you.
This retreat offers a time for self-exploration and healing, led by mental health and wellness professionals with experience treating: eating disorders, disordered eating, orthorexia, body dysmorphia, and compulsive movement. Through therapeutic groups, 1:1 nutrition counseling, mindfulness, movement, and creative expression, you’ll cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.
Enjoy nourishing meals prepared by a registered dietitian, and connect with a community of like-minded women. Explore body trust, self-compassion, and societal influences on self-image, leaving with tools to continue your journey.
