1:1 nutrition counseling with nicole, founder and dietitian
Your relationship with food is more than what’s on your plate—it’s how you think, how you feel, how you exist in your body. Nicole helps you strip away the power from diet culture and build something better: a way of eating that feels natural, intentional, and personal.
As the former lead dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center and someone who navigates PCOS firsthand, Nicole knows food is never just about food. She works at the intersection of nutrition, body image, and overall wellness, helping you unlearn the patterns that keep you stuck and find balance without obsession, extremes, or guilt.
This isn’t about rigid plans or impossible rules—it’s about clarity, confidence, and feeling good in your body again. Ready to shift the way you nourish yourself? Let’s start.
intentional. aligned. empowered.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Nutrition counseling is for people who want a more grounded, sustainable way to care for their health.
I work best with people who:
Feel disconnected from their hunger, fullness, or body cues
Are dealing with digestive issues, hormone imbalances, or chronic symptoms that haven’t been fully explained
Have a history of dieting or disordered eating and want structure without restriction
Want to understand why their body is responding the way it is—not just what to eat
This is a collaborative, thoughtful process. You don’t need to be “perfect” or highly motivated—just open to learning and experimenting with intention.
-
I work with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to:
Digestive issues (IBS, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux)
Hormonal imbalances (PCOS, irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause support)
Blood sugar dysregulation
Chronic dieting and food guilt
Disordered eating patterns and body image concerns
Fatigue, low energy, and burnout-related nutrition issues
If you’re dealing with multiple overlapping symptoms and feel like nothing quite fits into a neat box, that’s often where this work is most helpful.
If you’re ever unsure whether your concerns are a good fit, we can talk through that before getting started.
-
My approach is rooted in what I call intentional eating—a middle ground between rigid diet plans and completely unstructured intuitive eating.
This means:
We use science and physiology, not food rules or trends
We pay attention to hunger, fullness, cravings, digestion, hormones, and lifestyle
We use structure when it’s supportive, and flexibility when it’s needed
I’m not here to hand you a generic meal plan or tell you to “just listen to your body” without guidance. And I’m also not here to micromanage your food or push restriction in the name of health.
The goal is to help you build trust with your body while still making intentional, informed choices that support your physical and mental well-being.

I do not accept insurance directly, but I do provide superbills for nutrition counseling sessions.
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies widely by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about reimbursement for nutrition counseling.
Many clients choose to work with me knowing this is an out-of-pocket investment in their long-term health and relationship with food.

YES! Seeing a dietitian does NOT need to revolve around your weight. There are so many measurable, health-related metrics we can use to track progress that aren’t weight-related!

All sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your home.
